I'm about to graduate and am thinking of applying at this new gym accross town called Lifetime Fitness, but being a senior \ a lot of pot gets smoked by me and my friends for fun and I want to know before I waste my time if these people violate my constitutional right to privacy and conduct pre employement drug tests? If they do it's no big deal I just won't apply but if they don't I will apply and they'll get a good employee.

Most Lifetime Fitness centers (maybe all of them) include child care facilities. And these days, anyone who is hired to work near or around children is likely to have to pass both a drug test and a criminal background check. The insurance companies pretty much insist on it.
